Hooked is a mobile UI kit for Adobe XD, completely free and created by XDGuru.com.
It’s the very first UI kit we posted on XDGuru when we launched the website a few years ago, which is pretty crazy considering that we now have hundreds of free XD UI kits on the site!
When we created Hooked, we did it because we were using the just-launched XD quite a lot for client work, and thought it would be cool to create a little free UI kit for the newborn Adobe XD community. We are very happy we did, as that helped us spreading the word about XDGuru 🙂
Hooked is made of 14 cool looking screens, all forming a fun, colourful and “mobile-dating-inspired” app.
As most of you already know, unfortunately it is still not possible to create layout grids in Adobe XD. It’s a much needed feature we hope Adobe will implement soon.
In the meantime, here’s a pretty handy Bootstrap Grid for Adobe XD which you can use in your desktop projects.
It’s following the Bootstrap standard 1170px container grid (12 columns 67/68px wide and 30px gutters).
We suggest you put down the opacity of the grid layer folder to about 10%, so that it’s not bothering you too much while designing.
Today we feature an amazing set of UI screens created by Russian designer Egor Kuznetsov .
Here’s what he wrote on his Behance project page:
“I want to start 30 days Web design marathon to improve my adobe experience design skills. I’ll post every shot on Behance. All of them will be in Adobe XD only. I guess to create all pack for FREE. So, you can write me if you like it. @kzntsvegor. I will be glad to hear a feedback from you.”
It looks like Egor kept his promise and made the result of his 30-days Adobe XD marathon available for everyone to download for free.
Truly inspiring work!
