Adobe XD has been out for about a year now, but still there are not a lot of resources available in terms of icons.
Sure you can use the icon sets you might already have for Photoshop or Sketch, but you always need to have those apps open on your computer and copy assets from them and paste them back into XD.
Or you could just download .svg icons, which are fully supported by Adobe XD, but you’d have to browse icons in your folders and then drag and drop the files you need into XD. Not very practical.
So here’s what we did to help you guys out:
Google has been offering some pretty amazing Material Icons for some time now. These are open source, free to use and free to distribute, so we just grouped them all together in one .xd file and split them into a few categories, so that you can easily use them in your Adobe XD projects.
It took us some time as they are about 1000 icons in total, but we really hope you find it useful!
